Young Visionaries was a nice youth exchange, focused on activation of youth and citizens in public matters. Project surprised me by provided services, that were unusually good- living in Detelina hotel*** with all inclusive and 500m away from beach! Even the area of Golden Sands is focused on turists and there is plenty of stuff to experience.

The time spent on Youth Exchange Project in Bulgaria was a very good experience. Term and accommodation could not be better 🙂 Program included mostly activities in group such as filming short videos or discussing topics about European Union… One girl from Portuguese group did not behave well towards me, but despite of her it was a nice group of young people. We went also to Varna interviewing strangers. International evening with dancing and eating 😀 was the best part of the exchange.

This year me and my friend Sofia took part in an exciting youth exchange Young visionaires. It took place in sunny Bulgarian city Varna, on a coast with the Black sea. I was pleasantly surprised with various aspect of a project. Our facilitators, Maria and Svilena were kind and open to help out anytime. They were also highly informed about the topic and knew how to share their knowledge with us in a fun way. Food and accomodation were amazing, and I still talk to the people I met there. Weather was a little chilly for what i expected in september, but at least we dodged the heatwaves of last year. I think the topic was suitable for anyone interested in european institutions, their work, and participation in a democratic nation. I got better understanding of it, and I also improved my english speaking and presentation skills. I can’t express my gratitude more for everything we got to experience during this time and I hope for the best for all my felow participants as well. Thanks to everyone that made it possible for us to be there!
