Mühlhausen, Germany

I’ve always wanted to visit Germany, when suddenly I got accepted to the Danceacademy breakdancing project in Germany. When I arrived I found myself in a stunning medieval town called Mühlhausen.

From the first moment everything was amazing, There was a good mood all around me and immediately I knew that this would be a great week ahead of me.

On the first day we got to work and started dancing, well to be honest I was scared of it a bit. What can I say? I’m not the best dancer, but to my surprise everybody was really understanding and kind to me and to each other. Every dance session was nice and it gave me lots of memories. We also explored Mühlhausen and other cities like Erfurt and Weimar. With our luck we had a professional travel guide Mario who showed us around every city.

Mühlhausen was the most beautiful and we went to medieval walls of the city and also to the beautiful historic center. We enjoyed a festival in Mühlhausen that I had no idea would be there.

Inseparable part of every erasmus are get-to-know activities, which were very creative. For example we had some themes and we needed to make pictures of us recreating them. We had an amazing time dancing and talking. I definitely would remember this wonderful experience.

Dancecademy – Move Your Life: Unforgettable Memories and Friendships

Dancecademy was a truly life-changing experience. For ten days, 30 of us from six European countries came together to connect through breakdance. From the workshops to team-building activities, every moment was filled with laughter, learning, and the joy of sharing our cultures.

What made it so special were the friendships we developed along the way. Dance broke down barriers, helping us bond in ways we never expected. The highlight was the final performance, where we celebrated not just our growth as dancers but the incredible journey we shared. The memories and connections we created will stay with us forever.
